Latisha Goodman: Office Manager
I began working with Dr. Major in December of 1991. I had recently married my husband, Greg, and had moved to Chattanooga from Helen, Georgia. Knowing very little about dentistry, I quickly began attending all the continuing education courses I could, while also completing my college degree in business administration. I knew right away that this was going to be a career for me. Throughout the years I have loved working with such talented, compassionate professionals who are like family to me. Along with our state-of-the-art equipment, advanced training and techniques, it is our team’s passion to provide patient care and comfort that creates the atmosphere our patients enjoy. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, reading, and spending time with my family.
Brenda Major: Business Manager
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in special education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and worked as an early intervention specialist with hearing and language impaired young children. After I retired in 1999, I came to work temporarily for Dr. Major - and I'm still here! It has been a pleasure working with such a fine doctor, the wonderful team of professionals, and all the patients who call Chattanooga Dental Care their dental home. In my spare time I stay busy with family, church, painting, drawing, sewing and my TERRIFIC grandson, Jack.
Kimberly Kocher: Hygiene Coordinator
My name is Kimberly, and I have been blessed to be a part of the Chattanooga Dental Care team since 2004 (which, by the way, is the best Dental office in Chattanooga!) My family and friends are my heart and life. I am an energetic, enthusiastic morning person who is passionate about our patients. Life is good and our patients help to keep things interesting, fun and each day unique.
Patsy Bratcher: Scheduling Coordinator
My career in dentistry started in 1978 as a dental assistant. I then worked as a lab technician, and currently I am a scheduling coordinator for the practice. Dentistry has been a very rewarding career. I have enjoyed working with Dr. Major since 1999. Our team is the best! In my spare time I enjoy gardening, bicycle riding, water aerobics and spending time with my grandchildren.
Tracey Meadows: Hygienist
I moved to Chattanooga from Cranburg, New Jersey in 1985. My passions in life include being a wife, mother and a full-time dental hygienist. I have been part of the Chattanooga Dental Care team since 1997. I owe a lot to Dr. Major - he has advanced my knowledge and expertise through extensive training over the years. I feel happy and blessed to come and work with such wonderful doctors, team members, and patients. It is a pleasure to be a part of this wonderful team.
Michelle Frazier: Hygienist
I have been in dentistry since 1989, and have been blessed to work with Dr. Major since 1999. I have received extensive training in all areas of dentistry, which helps me be a better dental hygienist. I really enjoy being part of an awesome team and working with our patients. When not working, I love spending time with my friends and family.
Susan Mathews: Hygienist
I have had the pleasure of working at Chattanooga Dental Care for several years. I received my dental hygiene degree at East Tennessee State University. I enjoy my position at Chattanooga Dental Care because I have the opportunity of meeting new people every day. My goal as a dental hygienist is to provide the highest quality dental care by accurately assessing the needs of my patients and educating them on their treatment options.
Jeannie Greenwell: Dental Assistant
I have been a dental assistant for over 35 years, and have worked at Chattanooga Dental Care since 1994. My biggest joy is the time I spend with my patients - getting to know them! We have the best staff, and consider ourselves a family! Having the best doctor to work for doesn't hurt!
Patty Wanzel: Dental Assistant
I have been a part of the Chattanooga Dental Care team as a dental assistant since 2002. I enjoy working with the best team members in Chattanooga. Over the years I have come to feel like our patients are part of our family - I love getting to know them, and making them feel comfortable about maintaining their dental health.
Michele Purchase: Dental Assistant
I began my career as a dental assistant over 26 years ago, and have had the pleasure of assisting Dr. Major since 2013. It is exciting to be a team member at a practice that is focused on continued education for both the staff and our patients. Educating our patients and helping them improve their dental health has been personally rewarding to me. Outside the office I enjoy traveling, golfing, bicycling, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
